These terms cover your use of the Poolside Growth website and our text messages. Poolside Growth is a trading name of Blue Lion Holdings Ltd, a company registered in the UK.
Our text messages (SMS)
- Program: Poolside Growth enquiry messages.
- What we send: messages about the call you asked for, such as booking links, confirmations and reminders.
- Who receives them: only people who ticked the consent box on our Facebook form or website.
- How often: message frequency varies, usually no more than a few messages per enquiry.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and no further texts.
- For help: reply HELP, or contact us at hello@poolsidegrowth.online.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy policy.
Our service and guarantee
The guarantee described on our website (15 qualified pool consultations in 30 days, or you don't pay our fee) applies only to clients under a signed agreement with us, on the terms in that agreement. Advertising spend is paid by the client and is not covered by the guarantee.
