Privacy policy
Last updated 12 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Poolside Growth collects when you check your service area or book a call with us, why we collect it, and what your rights are.
Who we are
Poolside Growth is a trading name of Blue Lion Holdings Ltd (company number 16959497), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We're responsible for the personal information described in this policy (the "data controller").
Contact us about your information at hello@poolsidegrowth.online.
What we collect
When you fill in our booking form, on our website or in a Facebook or Instagram form, we collect:
- your name, email address and mobile number
- your company name, website and the area you build in
- your yearly revenue band, average project size, main lead source and how many quotes went unsold
- the time you book, if you book a call
- if you came from one of our adverts, which advert you responded to
Why we use it
- to check whether your service area is open and arrange your call
- to send you a proposal if you ask for one
- to understand which of our adverts are working
We use your information because you asked us to contact you, which is a step towards a contract with you. Where we use it to measure our advertising, we do so in our legitimate interest in running our business. We won't add you to marketing emails unless you've agreed to it.
Who we share it with
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when you respond to one of our adverts there. Meta's own privacy policy applies to your use of their platforms.
- Service providers we use to host our website, store enquiries, run our booking calendar and hold video calls. They only process your information to provide that service.
We don't sell your information or pass it to anyone else for their own marketing. We may share it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep your details and business records for 6 years, as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information
- stop using it, or stop contacting you
Contact us using the details above and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick the consent box on our Facebook form or website, we may call you and send you text messages about your enquiry, such as booking and reminding you about your call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also contact us using the details above.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers who send messages on our behalf.
See our Terms for the full SMS terms.
Cookies and tracking
Our page loads fonts from Google, which receives your device's IP address to deliver them. We use the Meta Pixel to measure how many people book a call after seeing our adverts. You can turn off ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
